Philosophy of Care

Dr. Singh believes in a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and environment. Her therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, creating a safe space for clients to explore their concerns and work toward their goals.

"Therapy is a personal journey where your experiences and insights are central. It's not about believing everything that your therapist says as truth but rather exploring your experience and checking whether therapy fits with your experiences. If it works, let the experience be your guide."
